Terms of Service and Policies

To cut down on fraud, when orders are placed the shipping address must match the billing address on the credit card otherwise the transaction will be denied. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like to pay using $USDC stable coin instead of credit card payments, you can send an email to sales@krinkov.com with your purchase order and shipping address, we will reply with payment details.

Certain items sold and/or distributed by Krinkov.com may be subject to export and foreign trade control laws of the United States. These laws include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R section 120-130 (“ITAR”), and the Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. section 730-774, (“EAR”).

By purchasing any items from Krinkov.com, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is familiar with and will comply with all requirements imposed by ITAR and EAR regulations, and other applicable laws.

Purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is a U.S. Person, and does not intend to export such items after receipt from Krinkov.com without U.S. Government export authorization.

Krinkov.com reserves the right to suspend any transaction, if it has reason to believe that the transaction would require an export license or prohibited from exporting to the embargoed and sanctioned countries per the U.S. government and the United Nation Security Council.

No statements or representations by Krinkov.com or its employees related to export transactions should be regarded as legal advice or guidance.

Krinkov.com reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. 

By purchasing any item from Krinkov.com the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from Krinkov.com complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.
  • The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.
  • The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Krinkov.com and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from Krinkov.com.

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.

Do not order if your product is restricted in your area. Krinkov.com at its sole discretion may issue refunds in the form of store credit for items on restricted list. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the laws in their area, and releases Krinkov.com of any liability. 

Once Krinkov.com has handed the product over to the shipping carrier, responsibility and any potential loss or liability passes to the customer. Krinkov.com will not be held liable for any shipping errors or loss by shipping carrier. Krinkov.com does try to insure packages when it possible, but cannot guarantee any package will be insured or carrier’s insurance will follow through with settlement.
